METHOD

  • Step 1.

    Combine coffee grounds and water in a large jar or French press, making sure all grounds are saturated. Cover and let sit at room temperature for 16-24 hours.
  • Step 2.

    After steeping, strain the coffee into a large bowl through a fine mesh sieve, then strain again using a coffee filter for clearer brew.
  • Step 3.

    Chill the strained coffee in the fridge for a few hours.
  • Step 4.

    Before serving, stir in the coconut milk and maple syrup to taste. Serve over ice.
