Basic Pink Pickled Onions Recipe

METHOD
Step 1.
Peel and finely slice the onions.Step 2.
Add the vinegar, sugar, and salt to a pot. Stir gently over medium heat until the sugar is fully dissolved.Step 3.
Add the sliced onions into the pot and stir making sure all the onions are immersed in the vinegar mixture.Step 4.
Cover the pot and let it simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes or until the onions become soft and pink.Step 5.
Remove from heat and allow it to cool completely. You can store it in an airtight jar, making sure the onions are fully submerged in the liquid.
