Rosemary Steak with Crispy Potatoes & Fresh Greens Recipe

METHOD
Step 1.
In a bowl, mix the chopped rosemary, minced garlic, salt, and olive oil.Step 2.
Rub the mixture onto the steak and let it marinate for 1 hour.Step 3.
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.Step 4.
In a large pan, sear the steak on both sides until brown, then transfer to the oven and roast for 15 minutes.Step 5.
For the potatoes, cut them into 1cm sized chunks, mix them with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread evenly onto a baking tray and then bake in the oven until golden and crispy.Step 6.
For the greens sauté them in a pan over a medium heat with a little olive oil until tender. Season with salt and pepper as desired.Step 7.
Serve the steak with crispy potatoes and fresh greens on the side.
