METHOD
Step 1.
In a blender, combine Greek yogurt, mixed berries, milk, chia seeds, and honey.Step 2.
Blend on high speed for 2-3 minutes until smooth and creamy.Step 3.
If the smoothie is too thick, adjust the consistency by adding more milk.Step 4.
Pour the smoothie into glasses, garnish with few berries and a sprig of mint. Serve immediately.
