METHOD

  • Step 1.

    Combine blueberries, spinach leaves, banana slices, mint leaves, Greek yoghurt, and almond milk in the blender.
  • Step 2.

    Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  • Step 3.

    Taste and, if desired, add honey for sweetness. Blend again to mix well.
  • Step 4.

    Pour the smoothie into glasses, garnish with a few mint leaves or blueberries on top, and serve immediately.
