METHOD
Step 1.
Combine blueberries, spinach leaves, banana slices, mint leaves, Greek yoghurt, and almond milk in the blender.Step 2.
Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy.Step 3.
Taste and, if desired, add honey for sweetness. Blend again to mix well.Step 4.
Pour the smoothie into glasses, garnish with a few mint leaves or blueberries on top, and serve immediately.
