METHOD

  • Step 1.

    Wash all fresh produce thoroughly.
  • Step 2.

    Peel and roughly chop the beetroot into smaller pieces.
  • Step 3.

    Remove the banana from its skin and slice into manageable segments.
  • Step 4.

    If using fresh spinach, ensure it is cleaned and stems are removed as needed.
  • Step 5.

    Add beetroot, banana, spinach, Greek yoghurt and almond milk to your blender.
  • Step 6.

    Blend on high until the mixture is smooth and creamy, for about 1-2 minutes, depending on the power of your blender.
  • Step 7.

    Taste, and if desired, add honey for sweetness. Blend again briefly to mix through.
  • Step 8.

    Serve immediately and enjoy!
