METHOD
Step 1.
Wash all fresh produce thoroughly.Step 2.
Peel and roughly chop the beetroot into smaller pieces.Step 3.
Remove the banana from its skin and slice into manageable segments.Step 4.
If using fresh spinach, ensure it is cleaned and stems are removed as needed.Step 5.
Add beetroot, banana, spinach, Greek yoghurt and almond milk to your blender.Step 6.
Blend on high until the mixture is smooth and creamy, for about 1-2 minutes, depending on the power of your blender.Step 7.
Taste, and if desired, add honey for sweetness. Blend again briefly to mix through.Step 8.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
