METHOD

  • Step 1.

    Begin by washing your red grapes and slicing them in half if preferred.
  • Step 2.

    Peel the orange, ensuring to remove all the pith. Carefully peel the skin from all the orange segments.
  • Step 3.

    In a serving bowl, gently toss the red grapes, orange segments and mixed leaf salad.
  • Step 4.

    Drizzle the balsamic glaze over the mixture.
  • Step 5.

    Gently toss again to ensure the fruit is evenly coated with the glaze.
  • Step 6.

    Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving for enhanced flavours.
