METHOD
Step 1.
Begin by washing your red grapes and slicing them in half if preferred.Step 2.
Peel the orange, ensuring to remove all the pith. Carefully peel the skin from all the orange segments.Step 3.
In a serving bowl, gently toss the red grapes, orange segments and mixed leaf salad.Step 4.
Drizzle the balsamic glaze over the mixture.Step 5.
Gently toss again to ensure the fruit is evenly coated with the glaze.Step 6.
Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving for enhanced flavours.
