METHOD
Step 1.
Wash and peel the carrots. Cut the carrots into small pieces.Step 2.
Peel and slice the ginger into small pieces.Step 3.
Add the chopped carrots & ginger into the juicer. If you don't have a juicer blitz in a blender and then strain.Step 4.
Once juiced, pour the carrot juice into a glass. Add fresh lemon juice to taste.Step 5.
Stir until everything is mixed together. Serve immediately.
