Grilled Asparagus with Sliced Radish & Strawberries Recipe
A colourful and fresh dish that combines the earthy taste of asparagus with the sweetness of strawberries, spiked with a tang of radish and a hint of mint. Perfect for a summer dinner or a refreshing spring side dish.

METHOD
Step 1.
Preheat your grill to a medium-high heat.Step 2.
Wash the asparagus and trim the hard ends. Lightly coat them with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Add the sprigs of thyme and toss to combine.Step 3.
Grill the asparagus for 4-5 minutes, turning occasionally, until tender and slightly charred.Step 4.
In the meantime, slice the radishes and strawberries thinly.Step 5.
Once the asparagus is grilled, let it cool for a few minutes and then arrange on a serving platter.Step 6.
Scatter the sliced radishes and strawberries over the grilled asparagus.Step 7.
Garnish with mint leaves and a sprinkle of edible flowers for a pop of colour.Step 8.
Serve immediately or at room temperature, drizzled with balsamic glaze if desired.
