Moose Burger with Winter Salad Recipe
An exquisite gourmet fusion of wild and farm flavours, this Moose Burger embellished with sticky red currants, placed on a bed of crispy bacon, grilled sprouts and rocket salad.

METHOD
Step 1.
Season the moose meat with salt and pepper. Shape into patties.Step 2.
Heat a griddle pan and cook the burgers for about 5 minutes on each side, or until it's done to your liking.Step 3.
In the meantime, grill the sprouts and bacon in the same pan until crisp.Step 4.
In a bowl toss together the rocket salad with the sprouts and bacon. Plate and then top with the moose burger and a spoonful of red currant jam.Step 5.
Serve immediately and enjoy your meal!
