METHOD
Step 1.
Wash and peel the oranges, making sure to remove the pith as it can make the wine bitter.Step 2.
Juice the oranges and set the juice aside.Step 3.
In a large pot, combine the orange juice, sugar, and chopped raisins.Step 4.
Bring the mixture to a boil, then simmer for 10 minutes.Step 5.
Cool the mixture to the room temperature, then add the wine yeast.Step 6.
Transfer to a fermentation vessel and fit with an airlock.Step 7.
Let it ferment for about month in a cool, dark place.Step 8.
After a month, strain the mixture and transfer to a clean and sterilised bottle.Step 9.
Let it mature for another 3 months before consuming.Step 10.
