METHOD

  • Step 1.

    Begin by preheating your oven to 160°C (320°F).

    Mix the biscuit crumbs with melted butter until well combined, then press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the base. Chill in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.

    In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sugar, eggs one at a time, sour cream, vanilla extract, and lemon zest, beating until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
