Roasted Figs Stuffed with Goat's Cheese & Drizzled with Honey Recipe

METHOD

  • Step 1.

    Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F, gas mark 4).
  • Step 2.

    Slice a deep 'X' into the top of each fig, being careful not to cut them completely in half.
  • Step 3.

    Stuff each fig with a teaspoon of goat's cheese, gently pressing to fill.
  • Step 4.

    Place the stuffed figs on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  • Step 5.

    Roast in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the figs are soft and slightly caramelised.
  • Step 6.

    Once roasted, allow the figs to cool slightly on a serving dish.
  • Step 7.

    Drizzle each fig generously with honey before serving.
  • Step 8.

    Serve immediately while warm and enjoy!
