
Absinth Martini Recipe
A vibrant drink to let your senses play with. This martini recipe combines the herbal and subtle liquorice qualities of absinthe with your favourite gin.

METHOD
- Step 1.In a mixing glass or shaker filled with ice, combine the gin, absinthe and vermouth.
- Step 2.Stir well or shake for 20 seconds and strain into a chilled martini glass.
- Step 3.Squeeze the lemon peel over the cocktail, then drop it in.
- Step 4.Garnish with an edible flower and enjoy!

- 25 mlVermouth 
- 15 mlGreen Absinthe 
- 1 Lemon peel 
- 1 Edible Flower, for garnish
