METHOD
Step 1.
In a mixing glass or shaker filled with ice, combine the gin, absinthe and vermouth.Step 2.
Stir well or shake for 20 seconds and strain into a chilled martini glass.Step 3.
Squeeze the lemon peel over the cocktail, then drop it in.Step 4.
Garnish with an edible flower and enjoy!
