A bright and refreshing cocktail recipe, mixing the bitter, sweet flavours of Aperol with the smooth elegance of a classic Martini.

METHOD

Step 1.
Chill a martini glass in the freezer.
Step 2.
Put a few cubes of ice in a mixing glass.
Step 3.
Add the Aperol, dry vermouth and gin.
Step 4.
Stir the cocktail with a long spoon for about 30 seconds.
Step 5.
Remove the martini glass from the freezer, and strain the cocktail into the glass.
Step 6.
Garnish with orange slice.
