Crumble Cake with Sticky Plums Recipe

METHOD
Step 1.
In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, and butter until it resembles breadcrumbs.Step 2.
Chop the plums and remove the pits, then put them in a pan with sugar and water. Simmer until they are soft and sticky.Step 3.
Preheat your oven to 180 degrees C.Step 4.
Press half of the crumble mixture into a baking tin to form the base of your cake.Step 5.
Spread the sticky plum mixture over the base.Step 6.
Sprinkle the rest of the crumble mixture on top of the plums, and then bake in the oven for around 45-50 minutes.Step 7.
Take out the cake from oven and let it cool before cutting into pieces. Enjoy!
