METHOD
- Step 1.Start by preparing your vegetables. Thinly slice the cabbage and grate the carrots to your preferred thickness, and finely chop the onion.
- Step 2.In a large mixing bowl, combine the cabbage, carrots and onion.
- Step 3.In a separate smaller bowl, combine the mayonnaise, vinegar, and celery salt. Whisk well to ensure the salt has dissolved.
- Step 4.Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture, then toss to combine. Checkout to make sure everything’s evenly coated.
- Step 5.Refrigerate the coleslaw for at least 2 hours, or overnight if possible, before serving.
