METHOD
Step 1.
Start by preparing your vegetables. Thinly slice the cabbage and grate the carrots to your preferred thickness, and finely chop the onion.Step 2.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cabbage, carrots and onion.Step 3.
In a separate smaller bowl, combine the mayonnaise, vinegar, and celery salt. Whisk well to ensure the salt has dissolved.Step 4.
Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture, then toss to combine. Checkout to make sure everything’s evenly coated.Step 5.
Refrigerate the coleslaw for at least 2 hours, or overnight if possible, before serving.
