Dill & Poached Salmon Spaghetti Recipe

METHOD
Step 1.
In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions.Step 2.
In a separate pot, poach the salmon fillets for 10-12 minutes, or until fully cooked.Step 3.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.Step 4.
Add salmon and dill to the frying pan and mix gently.Step 5.
Drain the spaghetti and toss it into the pan with the salmon and dill. Stir in the lemon juice.Step 6.
Season with the salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle over the spring onion and chilli flakes. Serve immediately.
