Dill & Poached Salmon Spaghetti Recipe

METHOD

  • Step 1.

    In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions.
  • Step 2.

    In a separate pot, poach the salmon fillets for 10-12 minutes, or until fully cooked.
  • Step 3.

    Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
  • Step 4.

    Add salmon and dill to the frying pan and mix gently.
  • Step 5.

    Drain the spaghetti and toss it into the pan with the salmon and dill. Stir in the lemon juice.
  • Step 6.

    Season with the salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle over the spring onion and chilli flakes. Serve immediately.

  5. 2 tbspFresh dill

  6. 1 tbspLemon juice

  7. 1 tspSalt

  8. 0.5 tspBlack pepper

  9. 0.5 tspChilli flakes

  10. 1 Spring onion, chopped
