Step 1.
Begin by preparing the bolognese sauce. In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onions, garlic, and carrots. Cook until soft.Step 2.
Add minced beef to the pan, breaking it apart with a spoon. Cook until browned.Step 3.
Pour in cans of tomatoes, beef stock, and add a splash of red wine. Season with salt, pepper, and a bunch of fresh basil. Simmer for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.Step 4.
