METHOD

Step 1.
Melt the chocolate in a heatproof bowl set over a pan of simmering water.
Step 2.
Pour the rice crispies into a large bowl and add the melted chocolate.
Step 3.
Stir until all the crispies are coated in chocolate.
Step 4.
Spoon the mixture into a cupcake tray lined with paper cases.
Step 5.
Top with mini eggs. Chill in the fridge until set.
