Lemon Chicken with Char Grilled Broccoli & Toasted Nuts Recipe

METHOD
Step 1.
Preheat your grill to a medium-high heat.Step 2.
In a bowl, mix the juice of two lemons, 3 tbsp of olive oil, 2 minced garlic cloves, 1 tsp of dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Add 4 chicken breasts to the marinade and let sit for at least 15 minutes.Step 3.
For the char-grilled broccoli, cut 1 large head of broccoli into florets. Toss them with 2 tbsp of olive oil, salt, and pepper.Step 4.
Place the marinated chicken breasts onto the grill and top with the lemon slices. Grill for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.Step 5.
At the same time, place broccoli florets on the grill. Cook for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are charred and tender.Step 6.
In a dry pan, toast the mixed nuts over medium heat until they are golden and fragrant. Chop and set aside.Step 7.
Finely chop the fresh parsley.Step 8.
Serve the grilled chicken and broccoli on a platter. Sprinkle with toasted nuts and chopped parsley.Step 9.
