METHOD
Step 1.
Peel the prawns, remove the tails on. Place them in a bowl and set aside.Step 2.
Heat the garlic and chilli oil in a large frying pan over medium heat.Step 3.
Add the prawns and cook for 2 minutes on each side, or until the prawns have turned pink and are cooked through.Step 4.
Add the fresh coriander, salt, and black pepper to the pan and mix thoroughly.Step 5.
Turn off the heat and let the prawns absorb the flavours of the oil and coriander for a few minutes before serving.
