METHOD
Step 1.
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.Step 2.
Cook spaghetti in salted boiling water until it's al dente. Drain well.Step 3.
Meanwhile, heat oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.Step 4.
Add the béchamel sauce and dried oregano to the pan. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.Step 5.
Combine the cooked spaghetti with the sauce, half the cheese, salt and pepper. Mix well.Step 6.
Transfer the spaghetti mixture into a baking dish. Top with the remaining cheese.Step 7.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until cheese is golden and bubbling.Step 8.
Top with fresh parsley before serving.
