
Garlicky Cheese Pasta Bake Recipe

METHOD
- Step 1.Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
- Step 2.Cook spaghetti in salted boiling water until it's al dente. Drain well.
- Step 3.Meanwhile, heat oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Step 4.Add the béchamel sauce and dried oregano to the pan. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
- Step 5.Combine the cooked spaghetti with the sauce, half the cheese, salt and pepper. Mix well.
- Step 6.Transfer the spaghetti mixture into a baking dish. Top with the remaining cheese.
- Step 7.Bake for 20-25 minutes until cheese is golden and bubbling.
- Step 8.Top with fresh parsley before serving.
