Spinach Tagliatelle with Parmesan Recipe

A simple yet delicious pasta recipe that combines the flavours of spinach and parmesan cheese





  • Step 1.

    Boil the tagliatelle in salted water according to package instructions until al dente.
  • Step 2.

    While the pasta is cooking, heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the garlic and chilli flakes and cook until fragrant.
  • Step 3.

    Add the spinach into the pan and cook until wilted.
  • Step 4.

    Once the pasta is cooked, drain it and reserve some of the pasta water. Add the cooked pasta to the spinach mixture in the pan and stir until well combined. Add some pasta water if the mixture is too dry.
  • Step 5.

    Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the parmesan cheese until it melts and coats the pasta evenly.
  • Step 6.

    Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Step 7.

    Serve the pasta in bowls, garnish with more parmesan cheese if desired
