METHOD

  • Step 1.

    Gather all ingredients.

    To make the fusilli, mix flour and salt, then slowly add water until a dough forms. Knead until smooth.

    Take small pieces of dough and roll them into thin ropes. Wrap each rope around a ferretto or skewer, then roll back and forth to imprint the spiral shape. Slide off and set aside.
  • Step 4.

    Boil the fusilli in salted water for 2-3 minutes or until al dente. Drain and set aside.

    In a large pan, sauté diced bacon until slightly browned.
  • Step 6.

    Add sliced courgettes to the pan and cook until soft.
