METHOD
Step 1.
Line a baking tray with parchment paper and set aside.Step 2.
In a food processor, blend the dates until they form a sticky paste.Step 3.
Melt the dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl over simmering water, making sure not to overheat.Step 4.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the blended dates, melted chocolate, protein powder, and chopped hazelnuts. Mix thoroughly.Step 5.
Gradually add the almond milk and vanilla extract to the mixture, stirring until well combined and the mixture begins to stick together.Step 6.
Spread the mixture evenly onto the prepared baking tray, pressing down firmly.Step 7.
