METHOD

  • Step 1.

    Line a baking tray with parchment paper and set aside.

    In a food processor, blend the dates until they form a sticky paste.
  • Step 3.

    Melt the dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl over simmering water, making sure not to overheat.
  • Step 4.

    In a large mixing bowl, combine the blended dates, melted chocolate, protein powder, and chopped hazelnuts. Mix thoroughly.
  • Step 5.

    Gradually add the almond milk and vanilla extract to the mixture, stirring until well combined and the mixture begins to stick together.
