Spicy Buttered Corn on the Cob with Coriander Recipe

METHOD
Step 1.
Bring a large pot of water to a boil and add the corn cobs. Cook for about 10 minutes or until tender.Step 2.
While the corn is boiling, prepare the spicy butter. In a small bowl, mix the butter until smooth.Step 3.
Mix in the garlic powder, smoked paprika, red chilli flakes, and a pinch of salt into the whipped butter. Stir well.Step 4.
Once the corn is cooked, remove from the water and let it cool for a minute.Step 5.
Brush the spicy butter mixture generously over the corn cobs.Step 6.
Sprinkle the chopped coriander over the buttered corn and serve.
