Non-Alcoholic Apple Cider Recipe
A classic Autumn staple - homemade spiced apple cider. It's warm and comforting, and tastes divine.

METHOD
Step 1.
In a large saucepan, bring the apples, oranges, spices and water to a boil.Step 2.
Reduce heat to low and let simmer for about 2 hours.Step 3.
After the apples have softened, use a potato masher to mash the fruit and release the remaining juice.Step 4.
Let the mixture simmer for an additional half hour.Step 5.
Strain the mixture into a pitcher or other container through a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth, pressing the solids to get out as much liquid as possible.Step 6.
Stir in the sugar or honey until well dissolved.Step 7.
Serve warm or refrigerate and serve chilled.

4 Cinnamon sticks
4 lWater
250 gSugar or honey
