Pineapple Mojito Recipe
A refreshing twist to the traditional mojito that infuses tropical pineapple and aromatic rosemary.

METHOD
Step 1.
Muddle the pineapple chunks, lime juice and sugar in a sturdy glass using a muddler or the end of a wooden spoon.Step 2.
Add the rum and muddle again to combine.Step 3.
Add crushed ice filling the glass three-quarters of the way.Step 4.
Top with soda water and stir well.Step 5.
Garnish with a sprig of rosemary before serving.
INGREDIENTS
100 gPineapple chunks
30 mlLime juice
2 tbspSugar
50 mlWhite rum
100 mlSoda water
1 cupCrushed ice
1 Sprig of rosemary, for garnish
