METHOD
Step 1.
Place the rocket, basil, Parmesan cheese, garlic, and pine nuts into a food processor.Step 2.
Process until finely minced.Step 3.
With the machine running, gradually add the olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper.Step 4.
Continue processing until the mixture is well blended but still has some texture.

50 gGrated Parmesan cheese
2 Cloves of garlic,peeled
30 gPine nuts, toasted
125 mlExtra-virgin olive oil
1 tbspFresh lemon juice
