Spaghetti Bolognese Recipe
A classic Italian dish with a rich and meaty sauce served over spaghetti.

METHOD
Step 1.
Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add minced beef and cook until browned.Step 2.
Add chopped onions, carrots, and celery and cook until vegetables are soft.Step 3.
Stir in crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, and seasonings. Bring to a simmer.Step 4.
Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for about an hour.Step 5.
Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and serve topped with the sauce. Finish with a sprinkling of parmesan and a basil leaf to garnish.
