Spicy Beef and Tomato Spaghetti Recipe

METHOD
Step 1.
In a large pan, heat a dash of olive oil over medium heat.Step 2.
Add the beef mince and cook until browned, then remove from the pan and set aside.Step 3.
In the same pan, add a little more olive oil and cook the garlic and onion until softened.Step 4.
Add the chopped chillies and tomatoes, then return the cooked beef mince to the pan.Step 5.
Add red wine to the pan and stir everything together, allowing it to simmer.Step 6.
Let the sauce reduce for about 15-20 minutes, until it thickens.Step 7.
Meanwhile, cook the spaghettini as per the package instructions.Step 8.
Once everything is ready, combine the cooked spaghettini with the sauce, ensuring it is well coated.Step 9.
Serve hot, sprinkled with some fresh parsley and grated Parmesan cheese, and a glass of red wine.
