METHOD
Step 1.
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a baking tray with butter.Step 2.
In a large bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.Step 3.
Cut in the butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in the milk to form a dough.Step 4.
On a lightly floured surface, roll the dough into a rectangle shape.Step 5.
Spread the softened butter over the dough. Sprinkle the cinnamon and brown sugar evenly over the butter.Step 6.
Roll up the dough, beginning at the long side. Cut into 12 equal size rolls and place cut side up in your prepared baking tray.Step 7.
Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.Step 8.
While the rolls are baking, mix together the icing sugar and milk to make the glaze.Step 9.
Once the rolls are done, let them cool for a few minutes before drizzling the glaze on top.Step 10.
Serve warm and enjoy.
