
Sticky Cinnamon Rolls Recipe

METHOD
- Step 1.Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a baking tray with butter.
- Step 2.In a large bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
- Step 3.Cut in the butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in the milk to form a dough.
- Step 4.On a lightly floured surface, roll the dough into a rectangle shape.
- Step 5.Spread the softened butter over the dough. Sprinkle the cinnamon and brown sugar evenly over the butter.
- Step 6.Roll up the dough, beginning at the long side. Cut into 12 equal size rolls and place cut side up in your prepared baking tray.
- Step 7.Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Step 8.While the rolls are baking, mix together the icing sugar and milk to make the glaze.
- Step 9.Once the rolls are done, let them cool for a few minutes before drizzling the glaze on top.
- Step 10.Serve warm and enjoy.
