METHOD
Step 1.
Preheat your oven to 200°C. Line two baking sheets with greaseproof paper.Step 2.
In a large pan, combine water, butter, sugar, and salt. Bring to a boil over medium heat.Step 3.
Once boiling, quickly stir in the flour. Continue to stir until the mixture forms a ball.Step 4.
Remove from heat and let cool for 5 minutes. Then, beat in the eggs one at a time.Step 5.
Drop tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheets. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.Step 6.
In the meantime, whip the cream with the icing sugar until soft peaks form.Step 7.
Rinse the strawberries, remove the stems and cut them into small pieces. Stir them into the whipped cream.Step 8.
Once the puff shells are cool, cut them in half and fill with the strawberry cream.Step 9.
Dust with more icing sugar and serve immediately.
