METHOD
Step 1.
Preheat your oven to 180℃.Step 2.
Roll out puff pastry until thin, cut into squares.Step 3.
On each square of puff pastry, add a splash of lemon juice and then layer a few slices of plum with a few slices of candied lemon and then sprinkle with sugar.Step 4.
Fold the edges of the puff pastry around the filling and press gently to seal.Step 5.
Place on a baking sheet, brush with beaten egg wash.Step 6.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.Step 7.
Dust with icing sugar before serving.

2 Lemons
6 Ripe plums, sliced thinly
100 gCaster sugar
1 Egg
12 Candied lemon slices
