Ham & Sweetcorn Pastry Pizza Rolls Recipe

METHOD
Step 1.
Preheat your oven to 200°C (180°C for fan assisted ovens) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.Step 2.
On a floured surface, roll out the puff pastry into a rectangular shape.Step 3.
Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the pastry, leaving a small border around the edges.Step 4.
Scatter the ham and sweetcorn over the tomato sauce, then top with the grated cheese.Step 5.
Starting from one of the shorter ends, tightly roll the pastry into a log shape.Step 6.
Cut the log into slices, each about 1.5 cm thick, then place the slices on the prepared baking tray.Step 7.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until golden brown and crispy.Step 8.
Serve warm with a side of ketchup or barbecue sauce for dipping.
