Ham & Sweetcorn Pastry Pizza Rolls Recipe

METHOD

  • Step 1.

    Preheat your oven to 200°C (180°C for fan assisted ovens) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  • Step 2.

    On a floured surface, roll out the puff pastry into a rectangular shape.
  • Step 3.

    Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the pastry, leaving a small border around the edges.
  • Step 4.

    Scatter the ham and sweetcorn over the tomato sauce, then top with the grated cheese.
  • Step 5.

    Starting from one of the shorter ends, tightly roll the pastry into a log shape.
  • Step 6.

    Cut the log into slices, each about 1.5 cm thick, then place the slices on the prepared baking tray.
  • Step 7.

    Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until golden brown and crispy.
  • Step 8.

    Serve warm with a side of ketchup or barbecue sauce for dipping.
