Step 1.
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.Step 2.
In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, mirin, sake, and sugar until the sugar is dissolved.Step 3.
Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Leave to marinate for at least 10 minutes.Step 4.
