Berry Sundae with Homemade Flapjack Bar Recipe

A delightful twist on the classic sundae, featuring hearty flapjacks and a medley of fresh berries.





  • Step 1.

    Begin by making your homemade flapjack chocolate bar. Combine 300g of oats, 150g of butter, and 150g of brown sugar in a mixing bowl. Mix until fully combined.
  • Step 2.

    Press the flapjack mixture into a baking dish and top with the melted chocolate, set aside too cool.
  • Step 3.

    While the flapjack is cooling, make the vanilla yogurt by combining 500g of plain yogurt with 2 tbsp of honey and 1 tsp of vanilla extract. Mix well.
  • Step 4.

    Chop the strawberries and set aside.
  • Step 5.

    After the flapjack has cooled and hardened, cut it into bars.
  • Step 6.

    Assemble your sundaes by layering the fresh berries with the vanilla yogurt in a bowl or sundae glass and top with the flapjack bars. Serve and enjoy!
