Berry Sundae with Homemade Flapjack Bar Recipe

METHOD
Step 1.
Begin by making your homemade flapjack chocolate bar. Combine 300g of oats, 150g of butter, and 150g of brown sugar in a mixing bowl. Mix until fully combined.Step 2.
Press the flapjack mixture into a baking dish and top with the melted chocolate, set aside too cool.Step 3.
While the flapjack is cooling, make the vanilla yogurt by combining 500g of plain yogurt with 2 tbsp of honey and 1 tsp of vanilla extract. Mix well.Step 4.
Chop the strawberries and set aside.Step 5.
After the flapjack has cooled and hardened, cut it into bars.Step 6.
Assemble your sundaes by layering the fresh berries with the vanilla yogurt in a bowl or sundae glass and top with the flapjack bars. Serve and enjoy!
