METHOD
Step 1.
Place the lychees flesh in a blender discarding the pit and blend until smooth.Step 2.
In a bowl, mix together the lychee puree and yoghurt.Step 3.
Stir in the chia seeds.Step 4.
Cover the bowl and let it sit in the fridge for at least 3 hours or overnight to allow the chia seeds to expand.Step 5.
Serve the yoghurt in bowls garnished with a handful of whole lychees if desired.
