Lychee & Chia Seed Yoghurt Recipe

METHOD

  • Step 1.

    Place the lychees flesh in a blender discarding the pit and blend until smooth.
  • Step 2.

    In a bowl, mix together the lychee puree and yoghurt.
  • Step 3.

    Stir in the chia seeds.
  • Step 4.

    Cover the bowl and let it sit in the fridge for at least 3 hours or overnight to allow the chia seeds to expand.
  • Step 5.

    Serve the yoghurt in bowls garnished with a handful of whole lychees if desired.
