Blue Lagoon Cocktail Recipe

A refreshing and fruity twist on the classic Blue Lagoon cocktail, featuring Skyy Passionfruit Liqueur, Bols Blue Curaçao, and garnished to perfection with a blossom rim and dried lime slice.

METHOD

  • Step 1.

    Pour Skyy Passionfruit Liqueur into a shaker filled with ice.
  • Step 2.

    Add Bols Blue Curaçao to the shaker.
  • Step 3.

    Shake for 30 seconds to blend the flavours and chill.
  • Step 4.

    To make your blossom rim, rub the rim of your glass with a lime wedge and then dip in crushed blossoms.
  • Step 5.

    Pour the cocktail into the glass along with the ice cubes.
  • Step 6.

    Garnish with a dried lime wedge and a sprig of fresh mint.

  1. 45 mlSkyy Passionfruit Liqueur

  2. 25 mlBols Blue Curaçao

  3. 50 mlLemonade

  4. 1 cupIce cubes

  5. 1 tbspCrushed dried blossoms

  6. 1 Fresh lime wedge, for rimming glass

  7. 1 Dried lime slice, for garnish

  8. 1 Mint sprig, for garnish
