Char-Grilled Corn on the Cob with Garlic & Basil Recipe

METHOD
Step 1.
Preheat your grill to a medium-high heat.Step 2.
Peel the corn husks back, but don't remove them. Remove the silk threads from each cob.Step 3.
In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, minced garlic, and a pinch of salt. Brush this mixture over the corn cobs.Step 4.
Pull the husks back over the corn to cover it.Step 5.
Place the corn on the grill, turning occasionally, until the husks are charred and the corn kernels are tender, about 15-20 minutes.Step 6.
In the meantime, finely chop the fresh basil.Step 7.
Once cooked, remove the corn from the grill and carefully peel back the charred husks.Step 8.
Sprinkle the corn with salt to taste and garnish with the freshly chopped basil.Step 9.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
