Step 1.
Preheat your oven to 180C and line your baking trays with parchment paper.Step 2.
In a large bowl, combine melted butter, brown sugar and granulated sugar until smooth.Step 3.
Add egg and vanilla extract, mixing until well incorporated.Step 4.
In a separate bowl, combine the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.Step 5.
Gradually add dry mixture to the butter mixture, evenly stirring.Step 6.
Fold in the chocolate chunks.Step 7.
Drop tablespoon-sized balls of dough onto the baking trays, evenly spaced apart.Step 8.
