METHOD

  • Step 1.

    Preheat your oven to 180C and line your baking trays with parchment paper.
  • Step 2.

    In a large bowl, combine melted butter, brown sugar and granulated sugar until smooth.

    Add egg and vanilla extract, mixing until well incorporated.
  • Step 4.

    In a separate bowl, combine the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.

    Gradually add dry mixture to the butter mixture, evenly stirring.

    Fold in the chocolate chunks.

    Drop tablespoon-sized balls of dough onto the baking trays, evenly spaced apart.
