Homemade Crunchy Granola Topper Recipe

This delicious, healthy granola is perfect to add some crunch and flavour to your morning yoghurt or evening fruit bowl.

METHOD

  • Step 1.

    Preheat your oven to 150 degrees Celsius.
  • Step 2.

    In a large bowl, combine oats, almonds, pepitas, flax seeds, honey, olive oil, cinnamon, and salt.
  • Step 3.

    Spread the mixture evenly onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Step 4.

    Bake for 10 minutes. Stir, then bake for another 5 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Step 5.

    Once cooled, stir in the dried fruit.
  • Step 6.

    Store in an air-tight container.
