  • Step 1.

    In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, tomato ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, and lemon juice to create the Marie Rose sauce.
  • Step 2.

    Season the sauce with a little salt and black pepper, and add a dash of brandy if you like.
  • Step 3.

    Tear the lettuce leaves to size and arrange at the bottom of each serving dish.
  • Step 4.

    Divide the prawns equally and place them on top of the lettuce. Reserve a few prawns for garnishing.

    Drizzle the Marie Rose sauce over the prawns.
