METHOD
Step 1.
In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, tomato ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, and lemon juice to create the Marie Rose sauce.Step 2.
Season the sauce with a little salt and black pepper, and add a dash of brandy if you like.Step 3.
Tear the lettuce leaves to size and arrange at the bottom of each serving dish.Step 4.
Divide the prawns equally and place them on top of the lettuce. Reserve a few prawns for garnishing.Step 5.
Drizzle the Marie Rose sauce over the prawns.Step 6.
Garnish with a sprinkle of panko breadcrumbs and the reserved prawns. Then top with a sprinkle with paprika.Step 7.
Finish with a lemon wedge on the side of each dish.
