Classic Tiramisù Recipe
Traditional Italian dessert with layered coffee-soaked ladyfingers, mascarpone cream, and a touch of cocoa.

METHOD
Step 1.
In a medium bowl, combine egg yolks and sugar. Beat until well combined and creamy.Step 2.
Fold mascarpone cheese into egg yolk mixture until combined. Set aside.Step 3.
In another bowl, beat egg whites until stiff peaks form. Fold into cheese and yolk mixture.Step 4.
Dip half of the ladyfingers into the coffee, and lay in an even layer at the bottom of a serving dish.Step 5.
Spread half of mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers. Repeat with remaining ladyfingers, coffee, and mascarpone mixture.Step 6.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.Step 7.
Before serving, dust with cocoa powder and shavings of dark chocolate.

3 Egg yolks
100 gGranulated sugar
250 gMascarpone cheese
3 Egg whites
200 gLadyfingers
250 mlStrong coffee, cooled
2 tbspCocoa powder, for dusting
1 tbspDark chocolate, shaved
