Creamy Tomato Spaghetti with Bocconcini Recipe

METHOD
Step 1.
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add spaghetti and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.Step 2.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.Step 3.
Stir in cans of tomatoes, sugar, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Simmer for 10 minutes, until the sauce has thickened slightly.Step 4.
Reduce heat to low and add cream, stirring well to combine. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.Step 5.
Add cooked spaghetti to the sauce, tossing to coat. Cook for 1-2 minutes, or until the pasta is heated through and fully coated in sauce.Step 6.
Remove from heat. Top with Bocconcini mozzarella balls and stir into the pasta.Step 7.
Serve in bowls topped with chopped basil and grated gran milano.
