Crispy Bacon and Wild Mushroom Loaded Fries Recipe
French fries generously topped with garlicky mayo, sautéed wild mushrooms and crispy bacon. A simple yet indulgent dish that is just delicious.

METHOD
Step 1.
Preheat your oven to 200°C.Step 2.
Spread out the fries on a baking tray, drizzle with olive oil and bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes until crispy.Step 3.
In the meantime, heat some oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the bacon and fry until crispy, then remove from the pan and set aside.Step 4.
In the same pan, add the mushrooms and sauté them until they're tender and all the moisture has evaporated, then set aside.Step 5.
In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise and garlic together, set aside.Step 6.
Once the fries are done, remove from oven and let them cool for a bit.Step 7.
Spread the garlic mayo over the fries, then top with the sautéed mushrooms and finish with a sprinkle of crispy bacon and parsley.Step 8.
Serve immediately for the best taste.
