Fresh Clam Spaghetti Recipe

METHOD
Step 1.
Heat oil over medium heat in a large pot. Add garlic and chilli flakes, cook until golden.Step 2.
Add clams, white wine, and lemon zest. Cover and cook until clams open, about 8-10 minutes.Step 3.
In a separate pot, cook the spaghetti in salted water until al dente. Drain and reserve 1 cup of pasta water.Step 4.
Add cooked spaghetti to the pot with clams. Toss well, add some of the reserved pasta water if the mixture is dry.Step 5.
Stir in parsley before serving. Season with salt and black pepper. Garnish with extra lemon zest, if desired.
