Spicy Fish Stew Recipe

METHOD
Step 1.
Heat the oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the onions, fresh chilli and garlic, and cook until they're soft and translucent.Step 2.
Add the tomatoes, chilli flakes, and bay leaves into the pot and simmer for about 10 minutes.Step 3.
Add the fish stock and white wine into the pot, and simmer for another 10 minutes.Step 4.
Add the fish pieces and prawns into the pot, and cook for about 15 minutes or until they're done.Step 5.
Season with salt and pepper, then stir in the parsley before removing from heat.Step 6.
Serve the stew hot with a side of fresh bread.

2 Onions, chopped
3 Garlic Cloves, minced
1 tin of Chopped Tomatoes
1 tspChilli flakes
2 Bay leaves
500 mlFish stock
250 mlDry white wine
500 gWhite fish, cut into pieces
200 gLarge prawns, peeled & deveined
1 tspSea Salt
1 tspBlack Pepper, crushed
3 tbspFresh Parsley, finely chopped
1 Fresh Red Chilli, chopped & deseeded
