Step 1.
Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).Step 2.
Roll out your pizza dough on a baking sheet, forming a 12-inch circle or base to your preference.Step 3.
Spread a thin layer of olive oil over the dough. Sprinkle with a pinch of salt and pepper to taste.Step 4.
Evenly distribute sliced figs, mushrooms, and torn prosciutto pieces over the pizza base.Step 5.
Generously scatter shredded mozzarella cheese all over the toppings.Step 6.
Drizzle a bit more olive oil and add a pinch of rosemary for an aromatic touch.Step 7.
Bake in the hot oven for 15-18 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and cheese is bubbling.Step 8.
