METHOD

  • Step 1.

    Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
  • Step 2.

    Roll out your pizza dough on a baking sheet, forming a 12-inch circle or base to your preference.
  • Step 3.

    Spread a thin layer of olive oil over the dough. Sprinkle with a pinch of salt and pepper to taste.
  • Step 4.

    Evenly distribute sliced figs, mushrooms, and torn prosciutto pieces over the pizza base.
  • Step 5.

    Generously scatter shredded mozzarella cheese all over the toppings.
  • Step 6.

    Drizzle a bit more olive oil and add a pinch of rosemary for an aromatic touch.
